  1. I Need to look at or pictures of the door weather stripping on a 68 - 73 El Camino/Chevelle. post a picture if you have one. I was told my weather strip is installed on the wrong door, that's why it's not sealing. Mine is leaning to the door.

Yes sir! From the picture it looks like my weather strip is on the wrong door. I'm still going to do more checking before I change it around.
I may drive it down and try to catch Stacey in his shop Saturday.

As a general rule, the convex curve of the weather strip matches and faces the contour of the door opening on the body of the car

I removed the driver's side and installed it backwards from what it was, is this right?
